How to apply for a place to start for 2023/2024
If you wish to apply for an in-year place for the academic year 2023 - 2024 please click here to view our admissions policy for 2023/2024.
For Reception pupils: If your child was born between 1st September 2018 and 31st August 2019 you will need to apply for a school place between 31st October 2022 and 15th January 2023.
Applications can be made online at https://www.surreycc.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/schools/admissions
If you wish apply for a place under the criteria of Christian Faith, Pupil Premium, a member of staff or other faith, please complete the appropriate supplementary information from. These forms should be returned directly to the school (not to Surrey County Council).

Applications are ranked according to each school’s criteria. Surrey County Council will then determine the best offer that can be made based on the order of preferences on your application form.
You will be told of the outcome of your application on 17th April 2023. You must accept or decline the place by the end of 2nd May 2023.
School Admission Appeals Timetable
Appeals are now being heard on a face to face basis, if you have difficulties attending please contact the School Appeals Service. Appeals for September 2024 resulting from year of entry or transfer applications:

NB: Appeals will not start being heard until after the relevant closing date has passed.
Appeals lodged after these dates will be heard within 40 school days of the appeal deadline or 30 school days of being lodged, whichever is the later date.
Appellants will be sent notification of their appeal hearing at least 10 clear school days in advance of the hearing. Appellants will be sent a copy of the school's case 7 clear working days in advance of the
hearing.
Appellants must ensure that any further evidence not included with their initial appeal, is received by 5pm
on the day notified in the letter with details of the hearing. Any additional evidence or information
received after this date might not be considered at the appeal hearing.

Applying for an in-year place
In year applications are made to join an existing year group within the school. To apply for an in year place, please complete an 'In Year CMA Application Form' which can be found following this link. Form CMA needs to be completed.
If you wish apply for a place under the criteria of Christian Faith, Pupil Premium, a member of staff or other faith, please complete the appropriate supplementary information from. These forms should be returned directly to the school (not to Surrey County Council).
Notification of applications will be given within 10 school days and given written notification with 15 days. If your application is not successful, you do have the right to appeal.
In-Year Appeals
Appeals resulting from in year admission applications will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal
being lodged.
